For a private school — nursery, school, middle school, high school, university, training center — tuition fees are the heart of cash flow. They are also a constant source of chasing: several parents, several installments, delays that accumulate in silence.

## The difficulties specific to schooling

- **Several payers per student.** The father, the mother or a guardian must be able to see and pay the same invoice.
- **A cycle that renews.** Unlike a loan, schooling has no scheduled end: it starts again every year, often with a change of level or class.
- **Fees of different natures.** Registration fees are annual and one-off; tuition fees are periodic.
- **An up-to-date roster.** Levels, classes, parents' contact details: without a clean base, invoicing becomes data-entry work.

## How virement.tn structures school invoicing

1. **The student roster.** You register students with their level and class, one by one or by CSV import, with each one's paying contacts.
2. **The tuition subscription.** For each student, a subscription generates the periodic invoices — for example each quarter — for an amount you set.
3. **Registration fees.** They are issued separately, as a one-off invoice.
4. **Payment by bank transfer.** Each parent pays the invoice by bank transfer from their bank, to your verified RIB; the bank confirms, the invoice moves to “paid”.
5. **Tracking delays.** Reminders before the due date and overdue follow-ups are sent automatically to all of the student's paying contacts. A collections dashboard groups overdue installments by age or by amount, with totals per subscription.

## What parents see

Each parent finds, in their space, their child's invoices: installments paid, upcoming, overdue. They pay from their own bank — no card to enter, no account debited without their knowledge.

## The limits to know about

- virement.tn manages **neither grades, nor absences, nor timetables**: only invoicing and payment.
- **Automated late-payment penalties** exist for installment payment plans, not for tuition subscriptions.
- The **amount is the one you set**: the platform does not calculate discounts (siblings, scholarship).
